3. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments through our payment partners.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout. Standard delivery is within 2–5 working days depending on your location. Delays caused by factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.

6. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice. Physical damage or misuse voids warranty.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pabna.
